Tournament Rules

The following rules apply to the Waterloo Warriors Fall Play Day 2023

• Coin Flip for Home/Away
• Bat Roster. unlimited substitution
• Pinch Runner Allowed for Pitcher at any time (last available)
• Pinch Runner Allowed for the Catcher with 2 out (last available)
• All games are No New Inning after 1:20
• There is no drop dead rule, however please see the next bullet point
• If the time threshold is reached and the home team is batting (with the lead) the game is over as time expires
• Call-Ups Allowed, must clear player with PWSA coordinator & UTM Fastpitch
• Live Streaming of games, must be cleared by the umpires and both teams prior to the start of the game

Additional Rules for Fall Play

• 5 run cap in place for all innings (point of event is to play with the new roster, not win at all costs)
• No open innings
• Ties are an acceptable result
• There are no mercy rules, just the run cap per inning.
