Bandits Win Silver at U15 Nationals

UTM Bandits U15 Tier 1 team completed a remarkable season with a silver-medal win at the Canadian Nationals that were held in Brandon, Manitoba. The gold-medal final, saw the Fraser Valley Fusion (DC) win the rubber match of a game played the previous day (undefeated game). The silver-medal win for the Bandits, completed a great 2023 season filled with numerous medal wins here in Ontario, and the United States. Congrats to this hard working UTM group! We look forward to seeing more continued success in the coming years, as this team moves up to U17 next fall.

UTM Fastpitch is an incorporated non-profit minor sports group with the ability to operate across Canada. UTM (Up the Middle) was created in 2016 to offer new opportunities to young women seeking to play the sport of softball at a high level. Since our launch we have fielded over 25 teams, and developed partner programs in Alberta, Ontario and Quebec. All UTM teams are expected to adhere to the governance provided by Softball Canada, and any provincial governing body where they are located. UTM provides tournaments in Ontario offering various age groups the chance to experience a great weekend of tournament ball.
