UTM Events

Our 2025 softball tournament season commences May 3 & 4 with our Early Bird Tournament. With over 25+ teams participating across three locations there was lots of great softball action on field. We are now off for a few weeks before we get back into our tournament schedule, at the end of the month with our Teddy Bear Festival. A complete list of upcoming events is below:

May 31 & June 1 - U11 Teddy Bear Festival
June 6 - 8 - Kick Up the Dust U17 Tier 1 Tournament
June 13 & 14 - Make an Impact U19 Tier 2 Tournament
June 20 to 22 - Big Show U13 & U15 Weekend
July 5 & 6 - Summer Impact U15 Tournament Port Elgin
July 11 - 13 - UTM U17 & U19 Tier 2 Rock the Park Hamilton

UTM Fastpitch is an incorporated non-profit minor sports group with the ability to operate across Canada. UTM (Up the Middle) was created in 2016 to offer new opportunities to young women seeking to play the sport of softball at a high level. Since our launch we have fielded over 25 teams, and developed partner programs in Alberta, Ontario and Quebec. All UTM teams are expected to adhere to the governance provided by Softball Canada, and any provincial governing body where they are located. UTM provides tournaments in Ontario offering various age groups the chance to experience a great weekend of tournament ball.
